All Day Prawn Crackers
Ingredients: Starch, fresh prawn extract, salt, sugar, seasoning and colours. It contains Crustacea.
Preparation:
Heat vegetable oil, mix the fresh prawn extract with the ingredients in the appropriate proportion and fry with heated vegetable oil until crackers turn to a desirable colour. Remove from oil, drain and store in a dry air-tight container for future use or serve immediately.
