Ingredients: Starch, prawns, water, salt, sugar, seasoning.
Preparation: Immerse prawn crackers in boiling vegetable oil. When the crackers swell up and take a light glazed colour, remove from oil, then drain and serve.
The well done crackers can be kept crispy for a few days in a sealed plastic bag.
