Terms and Conditions. The legal agreement set out below governs your relationship to www.Kadunasolutions.com as part of the sales program.
Article 1: Services
The Parties mutually agree that the Freelance Sales Agent shall provide sales services to www.Kadunasolutions.com , and the Freelance Sales Agent shall earn fees which shall be a commission on all his/her sales made on behalf of www.Kadunasolutions.com .
The Freelance Sales Agent may choose to carry out the sales services herein by providing the services either in his personal capacity as an independent marketing agent or by setting up a Computer Terminal in its premises to allow customers make purchases via www.Kadunasolutions.com platform or by placing a call directly on behalf of his/her clients with detail orders to the customer service line and the The Freelance Sales Agent shall earn fees which shall be a commission on all his/her sales made on behalf of www.Kadunasolutions.com .
Article 2: Duties of Freelance Sales Agent
The Freelance Sales Agent agrees:
To promote and sell the products contained on www.Kadunasolutions.com website as directed by www.Kadunasolutions.com. To maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty and responsibility in dealings with www.Kadunasolutions.com, Consumers and other Freelance Sales Agents. To represent the products being offered on www.Kadunasolutions.com website in a truthful and sincere manner and hold www.Kadunasolutions.com harmless from damages resulting from misrepresentations by the Freelance Sales Agent. To perform the Services with due diligence and in a safe and competent manner; To acquaint himself/herself and comply with any practices, rules or procedures put in place by www.Kadunasolutions.com. To comply with all applicable laws; To act in, and use his/her best endeavors to promote and protect, the interests of www.Kadunasolutions.com in accordance with the general policy of www.Kadunasolutions.com;
To comply with all reasonable instructions given by www.Kadunasolutions.com; To give to www.Kadunasolutions.com such information regarding the provision of Services or obtained by him/her in the course of performing the Services as www.Kadunasolutions.com may require. To notify Consumers at all times that information received from them will be shared with www.Kadunasolutions.com and that the www.Kadunasolutions.com may utilise such information for the purpose of understanding and sharing Market research, Consumer Trends and other Analysis publicly. To attend trainings and meetings at the www.Kadunasolutions.com office on a weekly basis or as may be required by www.Kadunasolutions.com from time to time. To protect the www.Kadunasolutions.com trademarks and trade-name by obtaining www.Kadunasolutions.com written permission prior to the Freelance Sales Agent’s use in any advertising or literature other than www.Kadunasolutions.com published material. Not to undertake any form advertisement on behalf of www.Kadunasolutions.com without first obtaining the written permission of www.Kadunasolutions.com. Not to provide any services contained herein or any similar services to, competitors of www.Kadunasolutions.com, including any company involved in the same line of business as www.Kadunasolutions.com. The Freelance Sales Agent understands that the prices for products on www.Kadunasolutions.com website are the Recommended Retail Price and shall at all times promote and sell the products at the same prices as provided on www.Kadunasolutions.com website. The Freelance Sales Agent shall immediately disclose any conflict of interest to www.Kadunasolutions.com, which arises in relation to the provision of the Services as a result of any present or future appointment, employment or other interest of the Freelance Sales Agent. The Freelance Sales Agent agrees to indemnify and keep www.Kadunasolutions.com indemnified against any costs, expenses, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, claims, demands, proceedings or legal costs and judgments which www.Kadunasolutions.com may suffer on account of any breach of this Agreement by the Freelance Sales Agent

Article 3: Independent Contractor.
The parties are independent contractors to each other. Nothing in this agreement shall constitute a partnership, joint venture, agency or an employee-employer relationship between the parties.
Article 4: Duration and Termination
This Agreement will continue perpetually, until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Article 4. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving one month's notice in writing. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article 4, www.Kadunasolutions.com may terminate this Agreement immediately by summary notice in writing and without any further liability if the Freelance Sales Agent: commits any material or continued or repeated breach of this Agreement, or is convicted of any criminal offence; or adversely prejudices or does or fails to do anything which in the reasonable opinion of www.Kadunasolutions.com is likely to prejudice adversely the interests or reputation of www.Kadunasolutions.com.
Article 5: Duty of Confidentiality
The Freelance Sales Agent agrees to keep confidential all information relating to business and trade secrets and operational matters of confidential nature which are specified as such in writing or orally or by their nature identifiable as such and agrees that he/she will not directly or indirectly use or disclose such information or permit it to be disclosed either directly or indirectly to or by any third party unless required by law or authorised by www.Kadunasolutions.com. This duty of confidentiality shall also extend to internal business matters and/or business and trade secrets of www.Kadunasolutions.com, Group Companies and to customers, Consumers and contract partners of www.Kadunasolutions.com, Group Companies or companies with which www.Kadunasolutions.com is otherwise associated financially or organisationally. This clause shall continue to apply after the termination of this agreement (whether terminated lawfully or not) without limit of time.
Article 6: Fees
The Freelance Sales Agent shall earn a Commission in accordance with Appendix 1 to this Agreement.
Article 7: Communication
To ensure speedy communication between www.Kadunasolutions.com. and the Freelance Sales Agent, the following communication channels shall be used by www.Kadunasolutions.com in Communicating with the Freelance Sales Agent: Electronic Mail via (info@kadunasolutions.com ) SMS(08153003500), Telephone Calls(08153003500).
Article 8: Indemnity
The Freelance Sales Agent agrees to indemnify and hold www.Kadunasolutions.com harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from the actions of the Freelance Sales Agent, or any violation of this Agreement by the Freelance Sales Agent.
Article 9: Final Terms/Miscellaneous
Neither this Agreement nor any rights, interests or obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall be assigned by the Freelance Sales Agent without the prior written consent of www.Kadunasolutions.com. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any previous agreement between them (which will be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent). Any variation of this Agreement shall be made in writing and signed by or on behalf of the parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and each of the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts as regards any claim or matter arising under this Agreement.
Appendix 1
www.kudyunusbislar.com.ng Freelance Sales Agent Commission and Referral bonus
Sell to get more people (prospective customers) to place order on www.kudyunusbislar.com.ng and get paid a monthly commission percentage on your cumulative monthly sales accordingly;
Referral Bonus Commission
Refer a new active Freelance Sales Agent to get a bonus commission on the referred Freelance Sales Agent’s monthly performance;
Make extra 1% from your referrals’ monthly total sales of Nxxx.xx monthly.
Interestingly, the more active Freelance Sales Agent referrals you get, the more your referral bonus commissions.
